Welcome! If you are on this page, then someone has invited you to our community gathering on March 1st at 10am.
We want to extend a special welcome to those who are single, married, divorced, filthy rich, dirt poor, or no habla Ingles. We welcome the crying new-borns, teenagers who are growing up too fast, and those who remember Pearl Harbor.
We welcome you if you can sing like Frank Sinatra (or, like our pastor that can’t carry a note in a bucket). You’re welcome here if you’re just browsing, just woke up or just got out of jail. We don’t care if you haven’t been in church since little Joey’s baptism or are here because Grandma is in town. You might even be here because you were lost in traffic and found yourself at church…welcome!
We welcome soccer moms, NASCAR dads, starving artists, latte-sippers, vegetarians, and bacon fanatics. We welcome those who are in recovery or still addicted. For those who don’t like “organized religion,” or have had religion shoved down your throat…we’ve been there too. Welcome.
If you blew all your offering money at the bar last night, have wrinkly clothes, or you’re rocking’ a 3 piece suit – you’re welcome here. We offer a special welcome to those who work too hard, don’t work, or can’t spell werk.
We offer a personal welcome to those who are inked, pierced, or both. We welcome the broken-hearted, the fragmented, and the hopeful. To all the tourists and skeptics, seekers and doubters, saints and sinners…welcome!
We can’t wait to see you.
