Beginning Sunday, November 29th, join us for a celebration of the birth of King, Savior, Lord and much more. Matthew’s gospel records that some wise men from the east ask King Herod:
“Where is the newborn king of the Jews? We saw his star as it rose, and we have come to worship him.”
In the crazy hustle of the holidays we might lose sight of what it was like to encounter the King of Kings. It caused great men to travel from distant lands to worship. Today, we must pause and reflect on what it means to worship. We must ask the tough questions about our heart this Christmas: “am I coming to worship or get through the holidays?”
Everything changed in a moment. When Jesus was born, He gave us the chance to be known, accepted, and forgiven. When we experience His love, we can’t help but Come to Worship. This powerful four-week series teaches different ways to worship God including lifting your hands, bringing your gifts, pouring out your heart, and bowing before Him. Come and join us this Christmas as the stars shine on the Messiah and our hearts come to worship Him.
